Green Chutney

(Serves 3-4 people)

Ingredients
  • Cilantro-1 bunch
  • Tomatoes-1 small size
  • Green chilies-2
  • Chopped Onion-1/4 cup
  • Garlic-2 cloves
  • Ginger-1/4 inch
  • Cumin Seeds-1/4 tsp
  • Lemon Juice-1 tsp
  • Salt-1 tsp

Method
  1. Take cilantro, tomatoes, green chilies, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, lemon juice and salt in the grinder.
  2. Grind until fine paste. 
  3. Water can be added if needed.
Tips:
  • Always put tomato first in the grinder, it helps in grinding. 
  • Green chilies, lemon juice and salt can always be increased or decreased according to your taste.
