Choley Tikki Chat

Ingredients

Method
  1. Take a mixing bowl.
  2. Put boiled potatoes and salt in.
  3. Mash it properly.
  4. Make flat small balls.
  5. Sprinkle a little suji on both the sides of the balls and keep it aside for 15 mins.
  6. Take a flat pan, heat it and put tikki on it.
  7. Put oil around the tikki and cook both sides till golden brown.
  8. Then press it gently and cook till it gets crispy.
