Ingredients
- Boiled Potatoes-7 medium size
- Salt-1/2 tsp
- Suji (Semolina)-1/4 cup
- Cooked Choley
- Sweet Tamarind Chutney
- Green Chutney
- Roasted Cumin Powder
- Red Chili Powder
- Fine Chopped Onions
- Whisked Yogurt
- Oil
- Take a mixing bowl.
- Put boiled potatoes and salt in.
- Mash it properly.
- Make flat small balls.
- Sprinkle a little suji on both the sides of the balls and keep it aside for 15 mins.
- Take a flat pan, heat it and put tikki on it.
- Put oil around the tikki and cook both sides till golden brown.
- Then press it gently and cook till it gets crispy.
- Take a plate, put tikki on it.
- Then put choley on the top of the tikki.
- Add whisked yogurt, sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder and chopped onion on the top of the tikki and choley.
