Ingredients
- Soak boondi in water for half an hour.
- Put boondi in the strainer and remove the extra water.
- Now whisk the yogurt and add milk.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Now add boondi.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Always soak the boondi, so that the extra oil comes out and it tastes good.
- You can use roasted cumin powder (jeera powder) too.
- Instead of water, use milk to reduce the sourness of the yogurt.
