Ingredients
- Tindoora-500g
- Crushed Garlic-4-5
- Turmeric-1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds-1 tsp
- Salt-1 1/2 tsp
- Oil-1/2 cup
- Wash tindora and cut it.
- Take a pan and put oil in it.
- Heat the oil.
- Put cumin seeds, let them crack.
- Now add tindora, garlic, turmeric, and salt.
- Stir it and cover it with the lid.
- Cook it in the medium high flame.
- Once it starts getting tender, cook it in the high flame for a while.
