Stir Fry Tindora (Kundru)

(Serves 3-4 people)

Ingredients

  • Tindoora-500g
  • Crushed Garlic-4-5
  • Turmeric-1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds-1 tsp
  • Salt-1 1/2 tsp
  • Oil-1/2 cup
Method
  1. Wash tindora and cut it.
  2. Take a pan and put oil in it.
  3. Heat the oil.
  4. Put cumin seeds, let them crack.
  5. Now add tindora, garlic, turmeric, and salt.
  6. Stir it and cover it with the lid.
  7. Cook it in the medium high flame.
  8. Once it starts getting tender, cook it in the high flame for a while.
