Banana Shake

(Serves One Person)

Ingredients

  • Ripe Banana- 1
  • Cold Milk- 1 cup
  • Sugar-1 1/2 tsp
Method
  1. Take a blender.
  2. Put banana and sugar in.
  3. Blend it.
  4. Now add milk and blend it for another 1 min.
Tips:
  • Make shake only when you are ready to drink it.
  • It would turn black if you don't drink it as soon as you make it.
  • In summer, you can add ice.
