Eggless Chocolate Chip Cake

(Serves 4-5)

Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour- 2 1/4 Cups
  • Baking Powder-2 tsp
  • Baking Soda-1 tsp
  • Orange Juice-1 Cup(8 oz)
  • Condensed Milk-14 oz
  • Unsalted Butter(Melted)-1/2 Cup (4 oz)
  • Dark Chocolate Chip-2 Cup
  • Vanilla Essence-2 tsp

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients except dark chocolate chip in a big mixing bowl and beat until the batter gets smooth.
  2. Now add 1/4 cup of  chocolate chip and mix it.
  3. Now take 8 x 8 inch baking container and grease it. 
  4. Now pour half batter in the baking container and sprinkle some chocolate chips. 
  5. Now pour rest of the batter and sprinkle chocolate chips. 
  6. Preheat the oven for 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  7. Once preheating is done put your container and bake it for 50 to 55 mins.
Tips: 
  • For me Sunny D orange juice works out better than other orange juices.
  • Preheat oven before you start mixing all the ingredients.
  • To keep the cake moist, cover the cake with lid after 40 to 50 mins. 
  • Temperature can vary oven to oven.
