Stir Fry Chulai (Amarnath)

(Serves 2-3 people)

Ingredients

  • Chulai (Amarnath)-500
  • Chopped Onion-1/4 cup
  • Whole Red Chilies-2-3
  • Salt
  • Oil-3 tbsp
Method
  1. Wash chulai (Amarnath) and boil it.
  2. Once boiling is done, let it cool down and then squeeze the water. 
  3. And chop it.
  4. Now take the pan and put oil and heat it.
  5. Now add whole red chili and long sliced onion and fry it til golden brown then add chulai (amarnath) and Salt
  6. Stir it for 10 min or till it fries.




Tips:

  • You don't have to cut it before boiling, always cut it after it boils. 
  • Be careful with salt because the Chulai (Amarnath) reduces the taste of salt a lot after cooking it.
