Eggless Walnut & Dates Cake

Ingredients
  • All Purpose Flour (Maida)-2 cups
  • Unsalted Melted Butter-1/2 cup
  • Sugar-1 cup
  • Milk-1 1/2 cup
  • Baking Powder-1 tsp
  • Baking Soda-1 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence-2 tsp
  • Chopped Dates-2 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Walnut-3/4 cup
Method
  1. Preheat the oven for 350 degree F.
  2. Now take a mixing bowl.
  3. Add all purpose flour, unsalted melted butter, sugar, milk, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla essence.
  4. Beat it until batter gets smooth.
  5. Now add chopped dates and chopped walnut.
  6. Beat it for 2 more minutes.
  7. Now take a 8x8 inch baking container and grease it with the butter.
  8. Pour the batter into the baking container.
  9. Bake it for approx 60 mins.
  10. Check it with the knife if it's not sticking it means it's baked otherwise bake accordingly. 
Tips
  • To keep the cake moist, cover the cake with lid after 40 to 50 mins. 
  • Temperature can vary oven to oven.
