Ingredients
- Broccoli Pieces-3 cups
- Salt-1/4 tsp
- Chopped Garlic-1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chili-1/2 tsp
- Oil-1 tbsp
- Cut broccoli into small pieces and wash them.
- Now boil the water and blanch it for 1 min.
- Strain it in the strainer.
- Squeeze the extra water when it gets cold.
- Now take a pan and put the oil and heat it.
- Now add green chili and garlic.
- Stir it for a while.
- Now add salt and broccoli.
- Stir it till water is evaporated in high flame.
- You can blanch it in microwave too for 6-7 min in the water.
- Put broccoli in before garlic turns into golden brown.
- Squeeze broccoli properly so that the water dries soon and broccoli doesn't get over cooked.
