Stir Fry Broccoli

(Serves 1-2 people)

Ingredients 

  • Broccoli Pieces-3 cups
  • Salt-1/4 tsp 
  • Chopped Garlic-1 tsp
  • Chopped Green Chili-1/2 tsp
  • Oil-1 tbsp
Method
  1. Cut broccoli into small pieces and wash them.
  2. Now boil the water and blanch it for 1 min.
  3. Strain it in the strainer. 
  4. Squeeze the extra water when it gets cold.
  5. Now take a pan and put the oil and heat it.
  6. Now add green chili and garlic.
  7. Stir it for a while.
  8. Now add salt and broccoli.
  9. Stir it till water is evaporated in high flame.
Tips:
  • You can blanch it in microwave too for 6-7 min in the water.
  • Put broccoli in before garlic turns into golden brown. 
  • Squeeze broccoli properly so that the water dries soon and broccoli doesn't get over cooked.
