Ingredients
- Spinach-500 gm
- Green Chilies-1-2
- Bay Leaves-1-2
- Fine Chopped Onion-1 1/4 cup
- Fine Chopped Garlic-4-5
- Tomato-2 medium size
- Cashews-8-9 pieces
- Turmeric-1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder-3 tsp
- Red Chili Powder-1 tsp
- Garam Massala-2 tsp
- Kasori Methi-1 tsp
- Whipping Cream-1 tbsp
- Salt-1 tsp
- Paneer-400 gm
- Oil-2-3 tbsp
- Boil Spinach and green chilies. Let it cool down.
- Then grind the Spinach.
- Grind tomatoes and cashews and make a fine paste.
- Take a pan heat the oil.
- Now put bay leaves, add chopped onion and garlic.
- Fry it till golden brown.
- Now add tomato and cashew paste.
- Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam massala and kasori methi.
- Stir it and cook till it starts leaving the oil.
- Now add spinach paste, diced paneer and salt.
- Cook for few minutes and add whipping cream.
- Add water if needed.
- Cook for 5 mins in lower flame.
- You can use milk instead of whipping cream.
