Ingredients
- Tomatoes-7 Medium Size
- Chooped Onion-1/4 cup
- Crushed Garlic Cloves-3
- Chopped Green Chili-1 tsp
- Cornflakes-3/4 Cup
- Salt-1 tsp
- Black Papper-1 tsp
- Sugar-1/4 tsp
- Butter-1 tbsp
- Take a pan or pressure cooker, put butter, onion and garlic.
- Saute it for few minutes.
- Then add diced tomatoes and 1 cup of water, cornflakes, green chilies and salt.
- Boil it for 10-15 mins. If it's pressure cook then give 1-2 whistle.
- After that let it cool down.
- Grind it in the mixer and strain it.
- Add black pepper.
- Again boil it for few minutes.
- You can increase or decrease salt, green chilies and sugar according to your taste.
- Garlic is optional.
