Tomato Soup

(Serves 3-4)

Ingredients
  • Tomatoes-7 Medium Size
  • Chooped Onion-1/4 cup
  • Crushed Garlic Cloves-3
  • Chopped Green Chili-1 tsp
  • Cornflakes-3/4 Cup
  • Salt-1 tsp
  • Black Papper-1 tsp
  • Sugar-1/4 tsp
  • Butter-1 tbsp
Method
  1. Take a pan or pressure cooker, put butter, onion and garlic.
  2. Saute it for few minutes.
  3. Then add diced tomatoes and 1 cup of water, cornflakes, green chilies and salt.
  4. Boil it for 10-15 mins. If it's pressure cook then give 1-2 whistle.
  5. After that let it cool down.
  6. Grind it in the mixer and strain it.
  7. Add black pepper.
  8. Again boil it for few minutes.
Tips
  • You can increase or decrease salt, green chilies and sugar according to your taste. 
  • Garlic is optional.
