Quinoa With Broccoli and Red Bell Pepper

(Serves 1-2 people)

Ingredients 

  • Quinoa-1/2 Cup
  • Water-1 Cup
  • Diced Onion-1 tsp
  • Chopped Garlic-1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Ginger-1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Broccoli-1 cup
  • Red Bell Pepper-1/2 cup
  • Oil-1 tbsp
  • Salt-1/4 tsp
Method
  1. Put Quinoa and water in a container.
  2. Once it starts boiling, lower the flame.
  3. It will take approximately 20 mins.
  4. Cook till water dries.
  5. Now take a pan, put oil in and heat it.
  6. Now add onion and ginger, fry it for a while.
  7. Add broccoli, red bell pepper, and garlic.
  8. Stir it for a while. 
  9. Now add salt and quinoa.
Tips: 
  • To avoid stickiness, add quinoa with vegetables after 20 mins.
  •  Don't overcook the vegetables. Always eat quinoa with some spicy dish.
