Ingredients
- Quinoa-1/2 Cup
- Water-1 Cup
- Diced Onion-1 tsp
- Chopped Garlic-1/2 tsp
- Chopped Ginger-1/2 tsp
- Chopped Broccoli-1 cup
- Red Bell Pepper-1/2 cup
- Oil-1 tbsp
- Salt-1/4 tsp
- Put Quinoa and water in a container.
- Once it starts boiling, lower the flame.
- It will take approximately 20 mins.
- Cook till water dries.
- Now take a pan, put oil in and heat it.
- Now add onion and ginger, fry it for a while.
- Add broccoli, red bell pepper, and garlic.
- Stir it for a while.
- Now add salt and quinoa.
- To avoid stickiness, add quinoa with vegetables after 20 mins.
- Don't overcook the vegetables. Always eat quinoa with some spicy dish.
